This year we met online via Teams, courtesy of helpful Caroline Leslie, and
organised once again by energetic Sarsha McEntee. Technical challenges kept
a few of us out but we welcomed two new attendees from Canberra, Carmel
Mcpherson and Ann Peterson, and below is a screenshot taken during the toast to
Dorothy Dunnett.
We congratulated Carmel Mcpherson and Chris Lemoh for their recent writings in the Society newsletter, Whispering Gallery, and discussed putting some ideas together for a follow-up to last year's group effort on the controversial Dame de Doutance. As a few of us haven't yet read King Hereafter, we've decided to all read Part One then have a King Hereafter-focused meeting next March, hopefully face-to-face in Melbourne.
